I became a coach because of my own kids.

Watching them navigate the pressures of growing up, the social dynamics, the self-doubt, the moments where they couldn't quite find the words for what they were feeling, I realized how much families need a neutral and supportive space to work through it all. Not judgment. Not advice. Just someone who genuinely gets it.

That personal experience is what drives everything I do.

Over the past several years I have worked with teens, parents, and families across the country and around the world. What I have seen consistently is this: when a teen starts to understand who they really are, everything else begins to shift. Their confidence, their relationships, and their ability to handle whatever life throws at them.

As a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, I bring both the training and the lived experience to every session. But more than my credentials, I bring the perspective of a parent who has sat exactly where you are sitting right now.
